Sử dụng máy điều hòa biến tần có ưu điểm gì?

Thị trường các sản phẩm gia dụng giúp “giải nhiệt” mùa nắng nóng năm 2011 đã bắt đầu “nóng” với sự xuất hiện của ngày càng nhiều những sản phẩm điện lạnh sử dụng công nghệ biến tần (Inverter) siêu tiết kiệm điện.

Thông tin từ một số siêu thị điện máy tại Hà Nội cho biết, số lượng khách hàng tìm mua máy dieu hoa nhiet do đang tăng mạnh từng ngày. Những ngày đầu tháng 3/2011, số lượng máy điều hoà bán ra đã tăng hơn tới 20% so với tháng trước. Đặc biệt các sản phẩm điều hoà thế hệ mới sử dụng công nghệ biến tần (Inverter) siêu tiết kiệm điện loại công suất nhỏ: 9.000 BTU, 10.000 BTU, 12.000 BTU… rất hút khách, có đông người quan tâm.

Các sản phẩm dieu hoa tu dung sử dụng công nghệ biến tần đã xuất hiện trên thị trường từ vài năm trước, tuy nhiên số lượng còn ít và giá cả cao nên tiêu thụ không nhiều. Bước sang năm 2011 khi giá điện tăng cao, nhiều người tiêu dùng quan tâm hơn đến những sản phẩm tiết kiệm điện và giá bán điều hoà biến tần cũng cạnh tranh hơn các năm trước. Chính vì vậy nó đã làm nên những thay đổi lớn trên thị trường điện lạnh.

Bộ phận cảm ứng sẽ điều chỉnh công suất hoạt động theo nhiệt độ trong phòng nên máy vẫn tiêu hao điện ít hơn.
Theo các doanh nghiệp, giá điều hoà biến tần bước sang đầu năm 2011 đã giảm từ 10 đến 20% so với 2010. Hiện sản phẩm công suất 9.000 BTU của các hãng như dieu hoa daikin, dieu hoa midea, dieu hoa panasonic, LG, SamSung… chỉ khoảng 6-7 triệu đồng một máy, chênh lệch hơn 1 triệu đồng so với hàng sử dụng công nghệ thông thường. Đây chính là những lý do giúp cho máy điều hoà biến tần đang tiêu thụ mạnh, chiếm số lượng lớn tại nhiều cửa hàng, siêu thị trên toàn quốc.

Các hãng như Panasonic, đến LG, Samsung, Daikin, Nikko… đều lên kế hoạch đưa sản phẩm mới ra thị trường, hy vọng làm thoả mãn khách hàng và chiếm lĩnh thị phần lớn. Theo nhận định của các chuyên gia, thời gian tới điều hoà nhiệt độ công nghệ biến tần sẽ có lượng tiêu thụ tăng mạnh và chiếm lĩnh toàn bộ thị trường điện lạnh, thay thế cho điều hoà công nghệ thông thường.

Dòng máy dieu hoa nhiệt độ biến tần dòng V mới của LG có thể tiết kiệm điện từ 42 đến 60% so với máy điều hoà công nghệ cũ. Công nghệ Inverter của LG có đặc điểm tự động thay đổi tốc độ máy nén để duy trì nhiệt độ mong muốn với độ dao động tối thiểu. Hạn chế hao phí năng lượng và tiếng ồn so với công nghệ cũ máy nén sử dụng công nghệ thường liên tục tắt/mở.

Hiện sản phẩm điều hòa nhiệt độ biến tần có công suất 9.000 BTU của LG chỉ tiêu thụ điện năng ở mức 650W/h, trong khi các máy thông thường ở mức từ 1.000W/h- 1.200W/h.

Không những thế 2 dòng sản phẩm Inverter là V-beyond và Inverter V-smart của LG còn được tích hợp hệ thống ngăn chặn các bệnh đường hô hấp. Hệ thống này cho phép bảo vệ theo bốn cách: lọc, khử mùi, loại bỏ và tự làm sạch với mục đích bảo vệ sức khoẻ.

Khi máy hoạt động, lưới lọc an toàn sẽ loại bỏ các virus có trong không khí bao gồm cả H1N1, tiếp theo là khử mùi nhờ lưới lọc 3 lớp làm giảm các triệu chứng liên quan tới hàng loạt những hợp chất hữu cơ (khử mùi), rồi lưới lọc Plasma loại bỏ những hợp chất siêu nhỏ, bụi, bọ nhà… và cuối cùng là tự động làm sạch với công nghệ thông gió cao cấp nhằm ngăn chặn sự phát triển sinh sôi của vi khuẩn, vi trùng. Khả năng chống dị ứng của bộ lọc này của LG cũng đã nhận được chứng nhận từ Tổ chức Dị ứng của Anh.

Squeezed onto the Cambodian border in a distant corner of Vietnam, Ha Tien is decidedly remote. The approach to town certainly helps to amplify its exotic atmosphere -- the agricultural bustle of the Mekong Delta  tours seems to melt away to a lush landscape of rice paddies and buffalo wallows, the flatness punctuated by sudden limestone karsts. 

The Khmer-style wat located just out of town only helps to emphasise the feeling that you're not really in Vietnam anymore -- a feeling that carries through to Ha Tien's dusty streets and languid riverfront. In some ways, it feels like other cities located further up the Mekong like Savannakhet in Laos, or Kratie in Cambodia. Kayking through Halong Bay

Ha Tien was in fact part of Cambodia until 1708. It was founded with the permission of the Khmers by a Chinese immigrant named Mac Cuu in 1674, only to be absorbed into Vietnam 30 years later. As of 2008, the border with Cambodia is open, offering visas for US$25, and from the moment your bus pulls in to town it will be stormed by motodops wanting to take you across. Most will find it completely incomprehensible if you don't want to go to Cambodia, bartering with you as you try to explain to them you're staying in town. Even if you insist repeatedly, you might still find one or two drivers waiting outside of your hotel, ready to take you at a moment's notice should you change your mind. Perhaps it's in response to the open border, and the tourist traffic that they're expecting, but the town seems to be experiencing a subtle shift. A few hotels have been closed for major refurbishments, and several new hotels have sprung up. Though it doesn't have a lot in the way of sights, and it currently lacks much tourist infrastructure, Ha Tien could definitely be an attractive stop for travellers on their way between Cambodia and Vietnam -- in the meantime, the motodops will keep waiting.

Orientation

Ha Tien sits on a corner of land, bordered on two sides by water. To the south is the To Chau River, to the east is the expansive Dong Ho (East Lake), which is actually an inlet of the sea. Approaching from Rach Gia, you'll cross the To Chau Bridge, and arrive on Vo Van Road, which serves as the town's western border. Most of the town's life occurs between Vo Van and Dong Ho, much of it along the riverfront.

Life in Ha Tien was formerly centred on a picturesque pontoon bridge that draped across the entrance to Dong Ho. The market sat on one bank, the bus terminal on the other. In 2008, the bridge was dismantled, the pontoons set afloat, and plans were put in place for a concrete bridge -- though that has yet to materialise. For the time being, the bus station has been inconveniently moved almost a kilometre north-west of town, while the market has migrated west, near the To Chau Bridge.

1.Remote dieu hoa nhiet do bị mất hình
Nguyên nhân : do ta dùng loại pin thường lâu ngày bị rỉ sét làm hư đầu tiếp xúc pin , giữa pin và bo mạch của Romote mất đường dẫn .
Cách khắc phục : lấy pin cũ ra . tẩy rửa mất phần rỉ sét và thay pin mới đảm bảo chất lượng vào .
2.Romote bị rơi:
Nguyên nhân : Do bị rơi làm hở mạch Remote và mất màn hình trên remote .
Cách khắc phục : ta nên đem đến kỹ thuật để kiểm tra và sửa chữa .
3.Remote dieu hoa midea lên hình nhưng khi ta bấm không nghe tín hiệu “pip”
Nguyên nhân :có thể do bụi bẩn che chắn mắt thần , hoặc do tiếp điện của mắt thần bị đen
Cách khắc phục : dùng khăn khô mềm lau mắt thần . Nếu vẫn không hết gọi nhân viên kỹ thuật để được kiểm tra .
4.Máy lạnh hay chảy nước :
Nguyên nhân : do lắp đặt đường ống thoát nước không có độ dốc hoặc lâu ngày không vệ sinh bụi bẩn bám ngẹt đường ống thoát.
Cách khắc phục : sửa lại vị trí đường ống dẫn tạo độ dốc .Nhờ nhân viên kỹ thuật đến vệ sinh đường ống dẫn làm thông đường ống thoát .

Những sự cố điều hòa thường gặp

Nguyên nhân 1: do dàn lạnh bị bám bụi và lâu ngày không được vệ sinh.
Nguyên nhân 2 : Máy lạnh thiếu gas ( hệ thống gas lạnh là hệ thống kín nối dàn lạnh và dàn nóng do đó nếu thiếu gas có nghĩa là hệ thống dẫn đã bị rò rỉ ở một vị trí nào đó )
Bên ngoài dàn nóng nơi đầu van ống nhỏ (là ống dẫn gas lỏng đi) bị bám tuyết , đầu van ống dẫn lớn là ống dẫn hơi gas về không đọng sương .
Dấu hiệu nhận biết : Bật nắp mặt nạ của dàn lạnh , rút lưới lọc bụi ra ngoài ta thấy dàn lạnh bị bám tuyết .
Nguyên nhân 3: do khi lắp đặt đường ống gas bị móp ống dẫn gas .
Cách khắc phục : nhờ nhân viên kỹ thuật hỗ trợ thay đường ống dẫn gas mới , Nhờ kỹ thuật đến kiểm tra sự cố xì gas và xử lý và sạc gas lại .
6.Máy lạnh bốc mùi hôi :
Nguyên nhân : do nấm mốc , vị trí các cửa thông của phòng lạnh gần những chỗ hôi , cống rãnh hoặc bếp .
Cách khắc phục : thường xuyên vệ sinh , chọn chế đọ chạy khô trước khi tắt máy khoảng 5 phút (Chế độ Dry)
7.Máy thổi ra hơi lạnh yếu hoặc không có hơi lạnh
Do một số nguyên nhân sau đây :
Máy lạnh bị dơ thổi hơi lạnh ra yếu
Máy bị thiếu gas – sặc thêm gas
Máy mới lắp lạnh yếu do đường ống dẫn gas bị móp .
Chế độ remote không đúng hoặc hư : chỉnh chế độ Remote vào Mode chọn Cool hoặc Auto , Only Fan : chỉ có quạt không có hơi lạnh . Dry là chế độ chạy khô .
8. Quạt dàn nóng không chạy :
Nguyên nhân : do quạt cháy hoặc do cánh quạt bị vướng vât cản .
Cách khắc phục : gọi nhân viên kỹ thuật và kiểm tra quạt .
9.Máy nén lạnh không hoạt động :
Nguyên nhân :
Do cuộn dây motor bị cháy .
Tụ khởi động máy hư , không hoạt động .
Capacyky( Capa) bị hư .
Bộ phận cơ khí của Block bị kẹt
Cách khắc phục : gọi nhân viên kỹ thuật đến kiểm tra và xử lý.
10.Các vấn đề về Nguồn điện :
a.Dấu hiệu nhận biết nguồn điện có vào hệ thống chưa có điện :
Khi ta bật CB trên góc phải dàn lạnh báo đèn nguồn nhấp nháy hoặc cánh đảo tự động khép lại .
Khi bật CB có dấu hiệu xẹt hồ quang nơi Cb bật lên hoặc CB tự động cúp xuống .
Kỹ thuật mối nối điện CB bị hỏng , hoặc do CB hư . Do máy bị chạm gây overload CB trường hợp này ta gọi kỹ thuật .
b.Dàn nóng không có nguồn điện .
Dây cấp nguồn từ đầu lạnh đến đuôi nóng bị đứt .
